The development proposes a new eight storey commercial building consisting of medical consulting suites, a day surgery with under-croft loading areas and four basement car parking levels.

Floor plans have been optimised to allow for all office and foyer areas to be in close proximity to windows to provide good natural daylight to reduce demand on artificial light and air conditioning. The sculptural roof element introduces curvature and lightness in the materials and composition to counterbalance the building’s otherwise strong rectilinear and well measured proportions.
